    Job Overview:

    We're on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic UI/UX Web Developer & Designer to join our vibrant team. We're seeking someone with at least 2-3 year of experience who is passionate about crafting intuitive and visually stunning user interfaces. The ideal candidate seamlessly merges design and development to create exceptional user experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. UI/UX Design: Collaborate with diverse teams to grasp user needs and craft user-friendly interfaces.
    2. Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and refine design concepts.
    3. Front-End Development: Transform design ideas into responsive, functional front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
    4. User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing, gathering feedback for continuous UX enhancement.
    5. Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to meet project goals and timelines.
    6. UI/UX Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging tech to incorporate cutting-edge practices.
    7. Documentation: Prepare design specs, guidelines, and documentation for team members and developers.
    8. Adaptability: Flexibility in responding to evolving project needs and proposing innovative solutions.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    2. Technical Skills: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Ant Design, material ui, and experience with Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma.
    3. Portfolio: Showcase a robust portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design projects and successful implementation into functional interfaces.
    4. Communication: Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
    5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve design and development challenges.
    6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in both design and code.
    7. Team Player: Collaborative spirit for a fast-paced team environment.
    8. Continuous Learning: Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and design trends.
