    Job Description

    JOB PURPOSE

    The M&E and Reporting Officer will be responsible for supporting the implementation and oversight of M&E activities and ensuring accurate and timely reporting on program outcomes. This role involves data analysis and reporting to measure the effectiveness of Health Education initiatives and informed decision-making processes. By ensuring robust M&E practices, the M&E and Reporting Officer will contribute to the continuous improvement of SBC and community engagement initiatives under the Health Education Cell.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Reporting:  Prepare and submit regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact to relevant stakeholders.
    • M&E Field Visits: Conduct field visits on regular basis to monitor and evaluate program activities.
    • Capacity Building: Support capacity-building efforts for staff and partners on M&E practices and reporting.
    • Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation of field activities and maintain up-to-date records.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with Program Team to integrate M&E findings into program planning and implementation.
    • Quality Assurance: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data validation and verification processes.
       

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATION

    • An advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or Social Sciences will be preferred.

    *A first University Degree in a relevant field combined with 2 additional years of professional experience may be accepted in lieu of an Advanced University Degree*.

    REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

    • A minimum of 03 years of relevant professional experience in development sector specifically in the field of communication, demand generation, risk communication and community engagement, community based social mobilization, evidence generation is required.
    • Relevant experience conducting, managing and designing field work and data collection for research projects.
    • Fluency in English and Urdu is required. Knowledge of local languages is an asset
      Excellent written English communication skills, with focus on quantitative data analysis and descriptive reports for diverse audience will be an asset.
