    Job Description

    Job Overview

    MicroMerger (Pvt.) Ltd, a leading consultancy firm, is seeking a seasoned HR Manager for its Islamabad office. The HR Manager will oversee HR activities and administrative functions within the organization. This role requires an experienced professional with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and their alignment with the organization’s business objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for executing a broad range of HR services independently, ensuring results align with the leadership’s vision.


    Key Responsibilities

    Business Partnering

    1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing advice on all aspects of the employment life cycle.
    2. Offer accurate and timely advice on HR processes and policies, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to organizational standards.
    3. Proactively resolve HR issues, ensuring equitable and transparent solutions that protect both staff and organizational interests.
    4. Advocate for organizational goals and targets related to gender equity and cultural diversity.


    Strategic Human Resources

    1. Collaborate with provincial offices to support and contribute to corporate HR strategy formulation and implementation.
    2. Research, benchmark, and implement best practices in HR management, contributing to the development of global policies and procedures.
    3. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, providing interpretation and guidance on policies, regulations, and rules.
    4. Develop systematic feedback mechanisms to assess policy impact and effectiveness.


    Implementation of HR Services

    1. Support various HR functions, including recruitment, job classification, career development, performance management, data analytics, and learning & development.
    2. Analyze and synthesize HR issues, interpreting formal guidelines to address and recommend solutions.
    3. Implement efficient client services to attract, retain, and motivate high-caliber staff.


    Learning and Capacity Development

    1. Design and deliver learning plans to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
    2. Contribute to competency mapping and the development of a comprehensive framework to support talent pipeline development.
    3. Recommend cost-effective learning products to strengthen staff capacity.
    4. Participate as a resource person in capacity-building initiatives.
    5. Provide orientation briefings to new staff and offer performance and talent management guidance.

    

    HR Data Analytics

    1. Interpret and analyze HR data to inform strategic decision-making.
    2. Develop data collection systems to optimize data quality.
    3. Coordinate with provincial/regional offices and stakeholders to provide assistance in HR information management.


    Qualifications

    Education

    1. Advanced university degree (Master’s or higher) in Human Resource Management, Business Management, International Relations, Psychology, or a related field.

    Experience

    1. Minimum of eight years of progressively responsible professional experience in human resource management within an international organization and/or large corporation.

    2. Analytical Skills: Strong capability in interpreting and analyzing HR data to drive strategic decisions.

    5. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and manage HR functions independently.
    6. Integrity: High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.


    Working Conditions

    The HR Manager will be based in the Islamabad office with frequent travel to other provincial or district offices as required.
